SGA Tanzania feted Best Employer during Labour Day celebrations.

SGA Tanzania was named best employer during Labour Day celebrations for exemplary display and performance by the Trade Union Congress of Tanzania (TUCTA).

TUCTA is the umbrella organization whose main function is to coordinate and liaise the trade union movement in Tanzania and to promote the interest of workers by encouraging social dialogue and advocacy for decent work.

During the celebrations, SGA showcased security services such as uniformed security guards marching, while displaying their prowess. In addition, the team also showcased alarm response, tracking, cash management, security dogs, courier services and specialized security services.

Speaking while receiving the award, the SGA Northern Zone Coordinator, Daudi Mungi expressed his pride and confidence in his team and reiterated that they will endeavor to be the leading security solutions provider.

“I am delighted to receive this recognition on behalf of SGA Tanzania. I am glad that our effort here has been recognized. Such awards for best performance during these celebrations are a clear indication that when we are tasked to do something, we always put our hearts and minds into it and ensure that our service comes with quality, discipline, integrity and enthusiasm,” said Mungi. “SGA remains committed to continuously equipping our staff on current trends, new technologies and ensuring personal development and wholesome growth,” he added.
